Normally we would do drywall , trim, spray primer, spray trim, roll walls. Installing trim after everything is sealed, painted and finished is slower because you have to be careful about damage. If work is still being done on the room, or there's a lot of work traffic through the room, you can buy yourself some time by painting the trim first.
